Can't seem to find any info on how to code the following:

Revision of the tram donor site with excision of excess skin bilateral hips and mons region.

Question: is there an actual code for donor site revision or do I use the complex wound closure codes?

The previous tram was done a few years ago. The only diagnosis used is excess skin and adiposity of tram donor site besides personal history of breast cancer. Pt has bcbs insurance. wonder if this is covered.?

In addition bilateral revision of the breast were done and I used code 19380 but I am not sure about the donor site. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am unsure, but could you use the code 15834, excision, excessive skin and subcutaneous tissue (includes lipectomy); hip???

If he excised the excessive skin then this should work.
