Wiki CPT for Revision to a total knee

Hi all,

Please advise on possible cpt.
Patient had a revision of a patellafemoral resufacing to a total knee. The sulcus compontent was removed and replaced with a femoral and tibial component. The closest I can find is 27487-52?
