Wiki cpt for revision of failed liner exchange and patella button exchange

Hi all,

Any recommendations appreciated. Procedure performed was revison of a total knee with only the broken liner exchanged was well as the patella button on a non union fractured patella using a new patella bone fragment. All resources state cpt 27486-52 but the work on the patella was as if doing a patella resurfacing. Is there anyway to capture both the patella and the tibial liner for a fair reimbursment?
