Wiki CPT for Re-resection of bladder tumor SITE

Doctor did a Cystourethroscopy with transurethral resection of OLD bladder tumor SITE.

As I am not dealing with a tumor and therefore cannot bill by size what would be the appropriate CPT code?

Any help would be appreciated.
