Wiki CPT for oral surgery services billed to medical carrier

I am wondering what CPT code(s) would be billed for removal of impacted tooth the the medical insurance carriers?

We use the 41899 it is an unlisted code so occasionally we will have to send an operative report but they usually get paid.
