Would you ortho coding specialists assist me in coding this surgical case that has been scheduled:

1. Arthroscopy right knee, lateral release [29873]

2. Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy [27418 ?]

3. Possible medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction [????]


Patient does have persistent patella instability, recurrent subluxation/dislocation
and knee pain with generalized ligament laxity.
Previous history of arthroscopic knee surgery 4 years ago for meniscal tear.
