Wiki Cpt for intercostal muscle flap

My Surgeon did a pneumonectomy with intercostal muscle flap. I have the CPT for the pneumonectomy, but I don't know what to code for the intercostal muscle flap.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have used that code in the past, but my Thoracic Surgeon told me that was not the right code. :-(
Any other suggestions?
