Wiki CPT for anterior palatoplasty and excision of portion of uvula

Please, please help.
Good morning: A tonsillectomy is done. And the patient has elongated uvula.
At same procedure, the uvula is elongated. Therefore surgeon removes excess uvula and sends to pathology.
Surgeon also does an anterior palatoplasty.
Is the excision of uvula elongated portion and biopsy separately billable? If so, what would the CPT be?
