Good day,

Can someone please help me with the CPT and possibly the diagnosis codes for:

1 - CPT code for excised scar tissue from thumb flexor A1 pulley, then was incised to do a tenosynovectomy?

2 - CPT code for excised scar tissue from index A1 pulley, then was incised to do a tenosynovectomy?

3 - CPT code for excised granuloma from the radial aspect of the thumb MCP joint & metacarpal?
