Wiki CPT coding assistance on removal of drains & IV's

I was wondering if anyone can provide some guidance as how one would code (if possible) the removal of a drain that was inserted into an abscess on the wrist when it was placed at another facility? Same thing with the removal of an IV lock that was placed at another facility as well. This all happened on the same day. Would one bill for the E/M level only? All the codes I seem to find don't really quite fit the situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
