Wiki CPT codes for diabetic eye exams

Hello - I only work with ICD-9 codes. Could someone please tell me the CPT codes associated with the yearly diabetic eye examinations are?

I use 92004/92014 with 250.xx for medical insurances.
For vision insurance use same cpt but with v72.0 as primary and 250.xx as secondary.

Is this for photos or a dilated eye exam?

You can only bill photos when diabetic retinopathy is found. Dilated eye exam is included with your 92004-92014 cpt.
