What would the CPT code be for ORIF of a femoral shaft fracture and revision of bipolar to a total hip arthroplasty? Patient had a fracture of the femoral shaft below loose painful bipolar prosthesis. So, would this be 27132 and 27507? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
