Does anyone know what this procedure code would be for RT radial carpal capsule closure - the provider removed a ganglion cyst 25111 but he also did the closed the radial carpal capsule and radial scaphcapitate ligment - from the description of 25111 this seems like it would be a different reportable code???

Were these procedures performed to get to the ganglion cyst?

If the surgeon needed to open the joint capsule and ligament to get to the cyst, these would not be reported separately. What diagnosis would you link the procedures to? The stalk of cysts can go down deep and it's common for surgeons to go deep to get all of the cyst. You may consider modifier -22 after looking at your op note.
