Wiki CPT code help, please

I have a patient who previously had their acl and meniscus repaired. He fell which created a small re-tear of the acl. The physician performed an arthroscopic debridement and removed some graft fibers...I cannot locate a CPT code for this. I was looking at 29884 and 29877 but I am not sure if the unlisted code would be more appropriate. Any takers?
