What would you use for a cpt code for a Transcollosal Third Ventricular Tumor Removal? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
 
Are you able to post the op notes?? There could be more procedures done than just that. I could only find 33120 since this is the only cpt for removal of a tumor in the heart.
