Does anyone know what CPT code is used for a radial parametrectomy for pathology looking at 88307 or 88309?

Please forgive the inquiry, but by parametrectomy, do you mean the following procedure? "Radical abdominal hysterectomy, with bilateral total pelvic lymphadenectomy and para-aortic lymph node sampling (biopsy), with or without removal of tube(s), with or without removal of ovary(s)."

I ask because it would be advantageous for us to know what was removed. These CPTs require that we know.

We received the peri aortic lymph node,right and left pelvic lymph node, parametrectomy,posterior vaginal margin.. 5 specimens...procedure was a robotic assisted Paramentrectomy...the patient had residual/recurrence of endometrial adenocarcinoma in the parametrial tissue from 2010.
