Pre-Operative Diagnosis:
1. Penile condyloma
2. Scrotal condyloma
Post-Operative Diagnosis:
1. Same
Procedures Performed:
1. Excision of penile condyloma to the level of dartos fascia, resection size 4.5 cm x 4 cm
2. Excision of scrotal condyloma to the level of dartos fascia, resection size 4 x 4 cm
Procedure Details:
An elliptical excision measuring approximately 4 x 4 cm was marked around an aggregate of scrotal condyloma on the right lateral aspect of the scrotum. Using combination of sharp and electrocautery dissection, the skin bearing the condyloma were excised to the level of dartos fascia and sent for pathology evaluation.
An elliptical incision measuring 4.5 cm x 4 cm was then marked around an aggregate of penile condyloma on the right aspect of the penile shaft and excised in the same fashion as the scrotal condyloma.
Both incisions were closed with a running 4-0 Vicryl closing the dartos fascia followed by a 4-0 running Monocryl closure of the skin.
