Wiki CPT Code for canalicular curettage

One of our surgeons performed a canalicular curettage with placement of stent in the left eye. I cannot find a CPT code for this procedure. I would appreciate help in finding this CPT code.

Have a look at 68815. This also depends on ICD whether to go with this code or not.

Thank you for your suggestion of 68815. We are using this code for the NLD probe and irrigation and placement of monocanalicular stent. Our surgeon first performed canalicular curettage which he says is a separate procedure. He told me this could be done as a single procedure without the probe and irrigation or placement of a stent. He wants me to find a code for just the canalicular curettage. Is there a separate code that you know of?

Not that I could locate in my 2011 Coding Companion for Ophthalmology. 68815 looks to be the best choice. Also, unless the approach is different (different incision/angle) then you would not have a separate code.
