Doctor excised perineal granulation tissue.

Outside of global package patient delivered in 11/2019. Came back to office June 2020 for procedure ...

What CPT code would we use ?

To my knowledge, there is no code for excision of perineal granulation tissue. I would recommend unlisted 58999 if that is the only procedure being done. If there was anything else, I might just add -22 to whatever else was done.
I would request assistance from the provider to determine what code you would state it might be similar to in order to value the unlisted.
