We are performing Fusion Biopsies in an outpatient hospital setting; we wheel our prostate ultrasound machine that we own into the OR. We perform both technical & professional component of the procedure. Can we bill CPT 76872 globally or even though we own the machine we still need to bill the professional component only ie-76872-26? Thank you
