Hello..

Can anyone help me with valid coverable Dx list for CPT 50200 ( Renal Biopsy) to bill medicare insurence as I am getting a denial as "DIAGNOSIS CODE: INVALID; DIAGNOSIS CODE MUST BE MOST SPECIFIC". we submitted previously with DX: N00.0 & N18.6 & N28.89 & N18.9 & R90.8.
