Wiki Cpt 29286

My provider performed decompression of the subacrimonial space with partial acromioplasty of the shoulder. However, because there was not a tear of the rotator cuff, he did not perform any of the primary procedures for the add on code of 29286. How could we report this for payment?

AAOS suggests using 29822 (debridement limited) or 29823 (debridement extensive) depending in the documentation.
