Our doctor's do Incision and Drainage of eyelid cysts/ skin cysts. We have used these codes. Definition of this code in Ophthalmology 2013 Coding companion discusses drains or gauze strip packing ...so not sure if using these codes for our I&D of cysts with cautery or simple suture closure is correct...HELP FROM ANYONE
 
I would have to read one of the physician's notes but, based on what you are saying, I would use code 67700 (blepharotomy, drainage of abscess, cyst) eyelid and append the correct modifiers.
