So with CPC + we have to offer an alternative visit. We have a patient portal and were thinking of sending messages to patients that have it for their controlled f/u visits through this.
Problem is the online medical svc code has to be patient initiated.
Being that we would initiate this and it does not fall under a specific code can we charge a fee for this outside of the ins liek 20.00?
