Wiki CPC to COC

I was wondering if taking a course would be beneficial or required if you are a CPC looking to become a COC? The course is really expensive and if I do not have to take it, I would rather just purchase the study guide and practice exams? Any help with feedback would be great.

Assuming you had no trouble passing the CPC, then study guide and practice tests should be sufficient.

COC to CPC?

I have the opposite question, I took the COC test first, should I still take or need to take the CPC exam?
