This candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date electronic files to ensure coding compliance with current Medicare regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in connection with providing coding education to provider and administrative staff, development of educational tools, and communication with insurance companies when coding and/or medical necessity is in question. Conducting internal audits relating to medical necessity and coding/billing compliance with exceptional skills in E&M documentation guidelines.
