Ladies and Gentlemen,

My name is Ann Cullison CPC-A. My Credentials were obtained on 8 December 2012. The skills to obtain those Credetials were Taught at Branford Hall Career Institute in Southington, Ct. Where upon graduation my GPA was 3.64. Also was one of a few out of eighty to pass the Certification Exam on that day.
Part of the Curriculum at Branford Hall is a required Externship. Mine was completed at Alliance Medical Group. There coding from Dr. notes was part of my responsibilities. Nursing Homes, Sleep Studies, and Simple Surgeries were some of the notes coded. When there was no coding helping the Billers kept me busy. I am available to start working on July 8th. Willing to do any work within the parameters of a Health Claims Specialist to include patient check-in. Any Office or Facility that hires me will not be sorry.

Just a bit of advice. If this is your cover letter you may want to check it for errors. First impressions are very important. Many employers, particularly in the coding field where attention to detail is paramount, will dismiss anything that is not grammatically correct and perfect in every way.
