Wiki CPB exam

I am currently studying for the CPB exam. I am not the most artistic person, and have a difficult time drawing the UB and CMS-1500 forms in my book. Does anyone have any advice on how to fit all the information that goes on each form in your ICD-10 or CPT codebook?

I'm not sure on tips regarding fitting in all the information into your books, but I did find a free CMS-1500 form you can practice with online.
