Does anyone know if the COVID19 lab tests are CLIA WAIVED? I've been trying to search to see if I need to use a modifier.
Also, the links I have seen are not clear as to using the U0001, U0002 or 87635?
Can anyone in a diagnostic lab answer these questions for me?
