Wiki Counting as Quality

With squamous being defined as having a fish-scale like feeling of the skin to the affected area, I would count this as quality as well. It gives more specificity to the nature of the skin lesion. If you are not comfortable with quality - how about signs and symptoms - the scaly feel of the skin is a symptom of a malignancy?

Tossing the idea out there...

I'm uncomfortable with counting this as quality as it is really descriptive of the cancerous cells and not so much of any symptomatology. Further, I don't think it can be definitively squamous without microscopics. Apparently a person can have squamous cell carcinoma in their digestive tract or in other internal organs, which would make it a real stretch to call it quality. Maybe then, it depends on the context? ;)
