The provider has documented as a Costochondral Joint injection at levels of T4, T5 & T6 and left sternoclavicular joint which I'm finding as 20605/20606 depending on imaging used or not.

The procedure reads: After careful asepsis, local anesthesia was given subcutaneously and a 25-gauge hypodermic needle was inserted into the costochondral cartilage junction taking care not to stray from the rib. Fluoroscopy in AP and lateral positions confirmed good position of the needle in the costochondral junction and subsequently, after aspiration, 1 mL of bupivacaine 0.25% +0.2 mg of dexamethasone was injected around each joint and the procedure is repeated and we had a good position of the needle over the left sternoclavicular joint. I had negative aspirate negative procedure injected 1 cc of Omnipaque 300 mg/mL that showed good spread of the dye along the left sternoclavicular joint. Had negative aspirate negative paresthesias and injected 1 mL of bupivacaine 0.25% +0.2 mg of dexamethasone. The same procedure was carried out at all the above costochondral junction levels.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks
