Wiki Corticosteroid injection

Fellow coders...need Help!!!

I need a CPT + HCPC for a corticosteroid injection on the right first metatarsophalangeal joint is being done for a hypertrophic scar..."Kenalog injections";I came up with 20600"...any thoughts???...

I have used 11900/or 11901 for scars but you stated into the joint 20600
