A Physician Assistant is seeing a patient and is ordering an X-ray and the MD owns the equipment and the facility. What is the best way to bill the X-rays being done by the Physician Assisants??? Currently they are billing all the X-rays done by PA'S under the MD.
 
The PA can bill the professional component, but the technical must be billed under the MD due to supervision requirements
