Wiki correct way to bill pap ad e/m service

I need to know how to bill the annual pap and a e/m code where does the modifier go and do I bill the pap separate then the annual for non medicare patients .

You would put the modifier on the e/m code. And, yes, you bill the pap separately. Hope this helps.
