Wiki Correct Modifiers

What are the correct modifiers to bill for a 90837, and 90846 both telehealth visits (same day and same provider)? I previously used just a 59 on the 90837and no modifier for the 90846 (same day and same provider), and was reimbursed with no issue. Recently I had 2 telehealth visits with 90837, and 90846, and I used a 95 on both, and a 59 on the 90837. The 90837 was denied for modifier billed inapropriately.
