Wiki Coronavirus and the Patient Portal and Telephone POS?

We are normally billing a POS 11 for our office; If we are receiving patient portal communication and want to bill 99421, do we use POS 2 or POS 11? What POS do we use for telephone services 99441? With the coronavirus I think they relaxed the rules that patient's can call their doctor from home and the distance rules were dropped. Is this your understanding?

Phone calls never had an originating site restriction. The real restriction is that the patient must initiate the communication. I do Believe you are to use the 02 as the POS but I may be mistaken.
