Does anyone bill for the Backbench preparation of the corneal ednothelial allograft? The physician documentation is: Attention was then turned to the donor table where the corneal scleral rim was inspected noted to be precut with a microkeratome by the eye bank this cornea was marked, positioned on the trephlon block and trephined with centrally with an 8.0 mm punch a thin strip of Healon was placed on the endothelial side of the tissue and the tissue was folded in a 40/60 taco configuration.
