Wiki conversion to a knee posterior stabilized implant

Patient had a previous total knee arthroplasty. Now doctor wants to convert to a posterior stabilized knee implant. I feel sure about this being a revision, however, is it considered one compartment, or is this a total knee revision.
This is the first time I have come across this one and I am stumped on what
CPT code? Your help would be appreciated
