Are there specific medical contracts needed when getting a new client or is a general contract from an attorney used?

A contract is just a specific agreement between two or more parties who are exchanging goods, services, funds with details on who does what and when, and what happens if one party fails to meet their obligations. I usually find a contract via Google and then modify to fit the needs of my business.
