I'm looking for some guidance for the Maternal Fetal Medicine doctors, they wanted to know if a patient that they are rounding on in Labor and Delivery, who is on continous monitoring (NST) could bill with their professional fee? I think if they generate a seperate report from the E/M, that they could bill the interp fee. Any ideas are welcomed.
