Wiki continued physical

A patient comes in for a physical, but is on her period. She comes back the next week for the pap and breast exam portion of the physical. Would this just be a continuation of the previous week? Should we charge another E/M visit with the routine gyn dx code?

I'd bill only the pap: Q0091 and G0101 (some payers cover this for breast/pelvic). Don't also charge an E&M, thought.
