Wiki consultation for hospt charges

I have a question and I hope someone can help me and I thank you in advance.

We are a specialist practice and we get consultations to go to the hospt and see pt's. My question is if we are a specialist we code according to our speciality do we also need code according to the hospt admitting diagnosis?
