Our practice is Hemotology/Oncology we get alot of pts sent to our practice from pcp's now my questions is when a pt is sent to our pactice for a consultation what is the correct policy when the pt comes to our office for the consult then becomes a pt after the first initial consult visit? When we recieve a consultation what kind of documentation do we need, and after the consult if the pt returns as our pt then what other documentation do we need? Thank you for your time.
