hi - I am confused. I do not have a lot of ENT coding experience and I have a question.

Can 31295 & 31296 be performed in office setting and be paid by medicare?

Yes they can. Most insurances seem to be covering these, with the major exception of Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I would recommend getting a prior authorization when possible.
