Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using billing code 80301 and G0431 for a confirmation lab.

The reimbursement rate is so low, across the board for all insurance companies.

I do not know what I am doing wrong, or what the proper CPT code should be for a confirmation lab.

G0431 is for the qualitative high complexity test. Make sure you have the right CLIA and COLA certifications before billing that one. However I do not believe it is really for confirmation testing (unless its a qualitative confirmation of a instant cup)
