Patient is given Oxaliplatin and Leucovorin concurrently. The start/end times for the infusion is 1115 1315. Normally, we would bill 96413 and 96415 for the Oxaliplatin and 96368 for the Leucovorin. According to the nurse, the Oxaliplatin was inadvertently not started with the Leucovorin making it run 90 minutes longer than planned. That would make the start/end times for the Oxaliplatin 1255 1425 (making the drugs only concurrent for 20 mins).
Would that change the way this case would be coded?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
