We are getting ready to start medical direction here and I have been asked to find out if there are any codes that are excluded from this? Has anyone had any issues with billing any of the codes with medical direction like open heart, brain, vascular? I was just trying to think of high risk. I have searched but can't find anything so was just wondering if anyone had run into anything or could point me in a direction to look. Thanks!
