Wiki compression defect capitellum

I'm trying to find an ICD 9 code for compression defect in the posterior lateral aspect of the capitellum. The assesment reads: The patient has left elbow posterior lateral rotatory instability. She also has a small compression defect in the posterior lateral aspect of the capitellum.
I'm using 718.82 for the instability, wondering if I could use 732.3. This individual is not a juvenile. Thanks for your help!

I would need more detailed info., did the pt. have a prevoius injury? If so use late effect of injury..., with 733.99
1. 733.99 -bone disorder
2. 905.7 - late effect (or late effect of fx. 905.X, if applicable)
