How does everyone bill for these?? Do you bill 73564-50 and what do you use for a diagnosis for the knee that is being used for comparison??

It would party depend on the insurance carrier. I know that here in Florida, UHC and Humana Medicare replacement plans are the only ones that will accept mod -50; otherwise we have to split the two into 73564-RT/735640-LT.
