Complication of augmentation CPT help

Hi,

Our group was on call for the ER and we got a case I am not sure of the CPT codes to use. Being we are general surgery not sure on the codes for this to capture everything. She had breast augmentation done 2 weeks ago and developed her 2nd postoperative hematoma.

The doctor removed the breast implant and evacuated out the 1.5 liters of fluid, sutured the bleeding vessels, and replaced the implant back after cleaning it up.

I would appreciate some help with this one.

Also just some info. for future cases, if implant was leaking or defective you would use 19330 instead of 19328.
